I am a Digital Product Designer with a track record in leading comprehensive end-to-end design processes, from initial discovery to visual UI usability and validation. I am passionate, dedicated, and accomplished leader in design, research, and customer experience.

My biggest strength and experience is Business-to-Business in-house design and research. Design management and design operations enhancement are my great motivators, I want to help the businesses to be better in customer experience and improve their customer's work life by making their tools and service usage better. I have specialized in ensuring the best possible user experience outcomes in challenging organizational environments and with low design  resources by optimizing and focusing to most important tasks delivery and process improvements.

I am also a coach, facilitator and motivator for organizations, team members and stakeholders, helping them meet and exceed in improving the ways of working or the end-to-end customer experience.
