How I work

1. I start from the whole customer journey, not a single screen. The experience is formed across buying, onboarding, daily use, support and updates, and in healthcare it involves many roles in the customer organisation.
2. I make the business case. Design work gets prioritised when it is framed as sales impact, customer satisfaction and risk.
3. I make trade-offs visible. Deadlines and legacy technology force compromises, and I would rather decide them explicitly than let them happen by accident.
4. I keep my hands on the work. Figma, prototypes, journey maps and research, alongside AI tools in my daily design work.
